Before practising as a commercial mediator, Barry was the senior Forensic Partner at Deloitte and a partner at McCallum Petterson. He is a chartered accountant and an accredited insolvency practitioner. He is also a certified fraud examiner, having conducted several hundred investigations into white-collar crime and probity matters.
In complex and contentious scenarios Barry is able to deep dive to find out what the key issues are, then step back and explain complicated positions in a manner that helps people understand their positions, which all leads to the most effective settlement.
